The word treason is a word that has enormous ramifications. Nobody wants to be accused of committing treason – meaning, being an enemy of their own country, who helps the enemy. But in Israel, that is not the case. There are more than a handful of examples of people who are willing to not only support the enemy, but to side with them and help boost the enemy by doing all in their power to spread lies and gross exaggerations of their own Army.
Not since the Six-Day War has so much of the Israeli electorate been so unified about the need for the State of Israel to stand up and fight for its right to exist against the existential threat that radical Islamic countries and their proxies pose to the State of Israel.
But there will always be the radical few who insist on blaming Israel for all of the hundreds of kilometers of terror tunnels that Hamas built and for all of the “innocent civilian casualties” that the Israeli Army killed.
No. This is complete nonsense. No war would have been fought had Hamas, the legally voted representative of the Arabs in Gaza, not spent the last 10-15 years building the most intricate terrorist infrastructure in the entire world in such a small parcel of Land. But where there is a will, there is a way. And the will of 98%+ of the Arabs in Gaza is to kill Jews. Its that simple. So an entire population of 1 million plus men, women, and children all united to build terror tunnels in their bedrooms, mosques, and hospitals. They prepared for the great jihad against the Jews.
And the will of the Jews in Israel is to live. So, brave Jewish heroes left their wives and children at home and risked their lives to battle terrorists in booby-trapped apartment after apartment to rat out the terrorists. This was immoral. Israel should have destroyed every building that was used as a launching ground for terror. If that means destroying the entire Gaza infrastructure and exiling the population, then that is what should have been done. But instead, Israel put their best young men and women in harm’s way in order to minimize “innocent civilian casualties.”
Then, these two low-lives craving fame and acceptance from Jew-haters go and accuse Israel of being guilty. These movie creators should be awarded an all-expense paid vacation to whatever Hamas-supporting city they choose. Perhaps then, they will learn a thing or two from the people they are so concerned about helping.
