This is Mohammed Saud, a courageous Saudi blogger. Despite opposition, he has chosen to continuously support Israel and the Jewish people.
The Saudi Blogger Who Loves Jews
Listen to Mohammed Saud, a Saudi Blogger, sing a Jewish prayer. He said, “Thank you to all the Jews in Israel and the world who congratulated me on the songs, so I give you another special song for those who believe in one God.”
Saud has gone to Israel to show his support. He has visited the Temple Mount and was even attacked by Palestinian Arabs for not hating Israel. Is that such a crime? Is it such a crime to actually see the truth about Israel and love the Jewish nation?
Adon Olam
The Jewish prayer/song that Mohammed chose to sing in this video is called Adon Olam. It is a prayer that is actually said multiple times a day by Jews. In the morning, after prayers on the Sabbath, and also before one goes to sleep at night.
Here is the translation (courtesy of Jewish Virtual Library):
The Lord of the Universe who reigned
before anything was created.
When all was made by His will
He was acknowledged as King.
And when all shall end
He still all alone shall reign.
He was, He is,
and He shall be in glory.
And He is one, and there’s no other,
to compare or join Him.
Without beginning, without end
and to Him belongs diminion and power.
And He is my G-d, my living G-d.
to Him I flee in time of grief,
and He is my miracle and my refuge,
who answers the day I shall call.
To Him I commin my spirit,
in the time of sleep and awakening,
even if my spirit leaves,
G-d is with me, I shall not fear.
אני רוצה אלוהים סולח לכם. pic.twitter.com/C95CVmxjKA
