Joe Biden is not the one we should be laughing at. What is truly sad is that Barack Obama is the one laughing the most. He is laughing at the fact that he is still probably the most powerful person in the Western world, even though he has been term-limited out of the Presidency.
Joe Biden’s few minutes of public performance each day range from an impressive performance to a terrible gaffe that requires weeks and months of explaining from his advisors. But it doesn’t matter as much as people think. What matters is that the policies are not at all Joe Biden’s as much as the previous Obama administration’s policies.
