Yet, there is no outcry. The Palestinian Authority abducted the man for being involved in selling a family house in the Muslim Quarter of the Old City of Jerusalem to Jews. According to Palestinian Authority law, this is a major offense. To sell a home, or land, to a Jew is punishable by death. In the video below, the Arab neighbors go crazy when they realize that their neighbor’s house was sold to Jews. This is the year 2018 and this is pure racism and discrimination. The PA is a political body that only survives thanks to international aid from countries that preach about human rights! But, in practice, they believe that no Jew should live anywhere in the Land of Israel.
An Arab Selling a Home/Land to a Jew is Punishable by Death
The Palestinian Authority secret service entered Israeli sovereignty in Jerusalem and kidnapped the American citizen. This abduction is against the law as well as against the Oslo Accords, upon which nations of the world are guarantors. On top of that, the Palestinian Authority now tortures this American citizen in jail.
Why? Because of a $25,000 commission for his role in the sale of the house.
The man’s family contacted the US State Department to complain about his arrest. A consulate official has already visited him in jail. Yet there is still no public outcry in the United States about this travesty.
“The 55-year-old man, who is a US citizen, is being interrogated by the Palestinians security agencies in Ramallah for his role in the sale of an Arab-owned house in the Old City of Jerusalem to a Jewish organization,” the sources told The Jerusalem Post.
The Official Line of the “Religious” authorities
“The Palestinian Islamic religious authorities stressed that selling [property] to the occupation or facilitating the transfer of its ownership, through mercenaries, is a great betrayal of religion, the homeland, and morals.”
Basically, any Arab who is found “in collusion of this crime would be conspiring against the land, the cause and the Palestinian people. They will be seen as someone who has sold himself to the devil.”
Palestinian Arabs who are found guilty of selling lands or houses to Israelis can be sentenced to death. This is no idle threat. In the past few decades, several Palestinians suspected of selling lands or houses to Israelis were indeed kidnapped and murdered.
The Truth about the Muslim Quarter
Jews and Christians used to live throughout the Muslim Quarter. It was never just a place for Muslims. Jews had to run away from their homes in the Muslim Quarter of the Old City after the 1929 Muslim riots against Jews all across Israel. They had to run for their lives.
Haj Amin al-Husseini, the leader of the Muslims in the British Mandate of Palestine incited the riots in 1929. He even consulted no less than Adolf Hitler on how to exterminate the Jews. He was Yasser Arafat’s mentor. Al-Husseini spread the false rumor that the Jews planned to destroy the Al-Aqsa Mosque. (Sound familiar?) In response to this libel against the Jews, Muslims across the land began to massacre Jews in the streets and in their homes. The worst pogrom was in the city of Hebron where Arabs brutally massacred and mutilated 67 Jews. The British did nothing and the Muslims continued to massacre the Jews. Sometimes, the massacres happened right in front of the eyes of the British authorities.
Killing Arabs for Selling a Home to Jews?
What year are we in? Yet, the freedom-loving western world is silent about this. Abduction, torture, death penalty. This is a sick reality that the peace activists and so-called human rights activists accept and do nothing to protest. Where are the US organizations to protest a US citizen that is illegally abducted and tortured?
Once again, we see a pure double standard. If a child who throws stones or firebombs is shot by an Israeli soldier, Israel is vilified in the press and world bodies. But when Arabs kidnap, torture and kill their own for selling a house to a Jew, all those bodies stay silent.
