Jewish Woman Harassed on Underground in London
It doesn’t just seem to be getting worse and worse – it actually is. Antisemitism is on the rise. The fact that we live in times where a Jewish woman would be harassed like this on a train in London is terrifying.
It is 2021. There are still Holocaust survivors alive; people who witnessed and suffered through the atrocities of the Holocaust. There are still those alive who lived through Nazi Germany and Nazi hell. And yet, somehow, we are witnessing such terrible antisemitism. Too much of the world didn’t learn from history, from the past.
The hatred is still so present. It is found everywhere – on college campuses, in the grocery store, at work, on the train – it doesn’t matter. Any Jew can be the target of this ancient hatred. And this time, it was an innocent Jewish woman on a train in London.
