WhatsappDonald Trump is known as the person who sees everything within the category of “the art of the deal.” He always uses the term “deal.” He claims he will be able to deal with Putin. He claims he dealt well with Kim Jong Un. He tries to convince American voters that he will know how to deal with every problem.
But perhaps the most effective way of dealing with certain bad actors is with force – not via negotiation. That is perhaps the most important facet of what succeeded in Donald Trump’s foreign policy in his 1st term. He didn’t just put the squeeze on Iran financially. He killed their chief terrorist – the head of their army. Any attempt to minimize the impact of that action is wrong-headed. That is exactly how you deal with terrorists who are threatening world peace – overpowering force and crippling sanctions.
Joe Biden opened up the spigots to Iran with hundreds of millions of dollars in aid to Iran and Hamas. He abetted the growth of the Iranian terror network all over the Middle East. But what Biden does deserve credit for is the way he backed Israel in the opening months of the war against Hamas. From around the 3 month mark and onwards, Biden began to accept the blood libel against Israel and caved in to pressure from those around him who are in the Obama mindset, namely, a mindset that blames Israel for all of the ills in the Middle East. The human suffering of Israelis is simply ignored and only the suffering of Arabs is focused on.
Kamala Harris is squarely in the back pocket of Barack Obama and his closest associates. At the Democrat Convention, it will become abundantly clear that the Democrat Party will attempt to paint Kamala Harris as the female version of Obama. There actually are some similarities, and that should be very troubling to anyone concerned about America’s foreign policy.
The porous border with Mexico imports into the USA more problems every day than all of the social services agencies can handle. But the problems abroad may spiral out of control very quickly if America is not perceived as a strong force that will enforce its will on the bad actors like Putin and the Ayatollahs.
When Russia, China, and Iran work together, the world becomes very dangerous very quickly. Donald Trump understands that the three powerful dictatorships must be isolated from each other via economic muscle. But if necessary, he has shown that he is willing to use massive force to make sure that stability and calm dominate. Biden and Harris think negotiation and appeasement actually works. They have not learned what Neville Chamberlain taught the world. Signed papers from dictators are worth less than toilet paper.
Americans voting in November should not assume that Kamala Harris’ foreign policy is a question mark. It will be a repeat of the Obama policies that have brought the world to a dangerous situation. The main reason to vote against Kamala Harris is not only in order to stop illegal immigration into the US. It is to keep America out of fighting World War III.
