It’s heartbreaking that Senator Lindsey Graham died. He was a unique individual with morals and values. He knew right from wrong. There are not many like him. He had so much passion to ensure Israel’s safety. Graham loved the Jewish state and the Jewish people. In a world where it sometimes feels like everyone is against the Jewish nation, Lindsey Graham’s moral compass will truly be missed.
Graham understood which side of history to stand on. He knew that Islamic Jihad is bad and Israel is good. It sounds absurd to even need to say such a thing—because everyone should know that—but apparently, not everyone does. And it wasn’t only that he knew which side to stand with, it’s that he was very vocal about his support. He was courageous and strong.
The world can learn from the senator how to stand with G-d’s people. Everyone can learn how to do what’s right—and to be confident about it. If you are doing what’s right, there is no reason to be ashamed. Be loud and proud about defending G-d’s one and only chosen people and chosen land.
