We may very well not know for many months or even years what has truly happened to the Chinese population. But it will come out. And then, there is a good chance that we will all have to admit that the core problem that we have to deal with in the world is the threat that this Communist nation poses to the free world. It will probably be a rude awakening for many of us. When one country has billions of people and it feels that tens of millions of their people are expendable, it is a big problem. When that country has also amassed an enormous amount of financial dominance in the world, the big problem becomes a mega-problem.
It took FDR many years to get the isolationist-oriented United States to understand that if we did not enter World War II, then World War II would come to the shores of the Atlantic on the Eastern seaboard, and the shores of the Pacific on the West Coast. It may not be a President Trump, but it will be somebody else who will need to lead the country to wake up and realize that we have an economic war against China going on. And it may very well morph from an economic war into much worse.
Remember, we may want to do everything possible to avoid battle and war, but we may be forced into it. But if we take the proper precautions and steps early, we may be able to avoid much worse eventualities later on.
