Ravid Chaim, the baby of Tzela Gez who was killed on the way to the hospital to give birth died today. He was buried next to his mother in Har Menuchot.

Hananel Gaz, Ravid Chaim’s father gave a choked eulogy and said Kaddish – in front of his son’s tiny body wrapped in a tallit: “I stand here and my heart is broken twice. Our hearts are broken, but no one will break us.”

The father had difficulty starting his words and in a choked voice said: “I stand here and my heart is broken twice. Our hearts are broken, but no one will break us. I was privileged to see Ravid Chaim yesterday in the morgue, he opened his eyes for a few seconds and looked like an angel.”

Gez called out to Netanyahu: “Prime Minister – where are you? I asked you to come to the Shiv, come see Ravid Haim and tell him – there will be no more such a thing. Will there be another family like mine? It will become normal, this is our reality today. We live in an upside-down world.

“Dear Prime Minister, you stop listening to the whole world, and you listen to your people who elected you to be our leader. Because we elected you so that you would protect us. You Netanyahu, you need to take command, don’t listen to the European Union, don’t listen to the whole world.”

The father also said: “We are here because we allow those who want to kill us to stay here. With Israel we need to unite – what’s the point of fighting. The whole world wants to kill us anyway. Arabs? I am speaking to you now, pack your things and get out of our sight because there is no room for you.”

The bereaved father concluded his remarks with a message to the entire Jewish people: “I immigrated to Israel at the age of 25 alone, by myself, to establish the State of Israel here, to establish our people here and strengthen us.

So that is what I am doing. I married a very dear and sweet woman. You have already seen the videos and everything she does, this woman is amazing.

“I say now, in conclusion, that I love the Jewish people, all of them, we are going to continue to build, we are going to continue to have children. We are going to show the whole world that the Jewish people are the strongest in the world.”
