The IDF’s Underwater Military Unit
Did you even realize there is a specific unit in the IDF that is responsible for the threats happening underwater? Israel has so many different unique military units. There are so many special men and women dedicating their lives to the safety of the Jewish people and the Jewish state.
You might not have known that there are things happening under the sea. You might not have thought about the fact that without this unit, we would be in grave danger.
Many of us go about our lives in Israel without thinking about all the potential threats. And the truth is, we have to. We would be paralyzed with fear if we thought about all the different places threats can come from. It’s not healthy to live our lives in constant fear.
But it’s still important to stop and think about those heroes who are in fact taking care of those threats. We thank G-d that He has sent courageous messengers to protect us. And we pray for them and their safety.
