The Miracle of the Modern State of Israel
Yes, the final redemption is not completed yet. We still have a lot to pray for and a lot to do in order to bring it. We still need to turn to G-d and ask Him to complete the redemption and bring the Mashiach. But to ignore the miracles that have occurred in modern times since the modern state of Israel was established is choosing to ignore G-d. It’s being ungrateful. We don’t have to feel like the state is perfect yet. It’s not. But look at all the good the One Above has blessed us with!
It’s truly incredible. All the wars that the Jewish people have won. All of the times that G-d has saved us and ensured our survival. From 1948 through every battle and war. And we not only survive, we thrive! The Jewish people give so much to the world. How have we become so strong and brought so much good? Because G-d’s people are miraculous in their very existence.
Just open your eyes. Don’t try to rationalize how G-d’s miracles could happen naturally. G-d is showing us His unbelievable and endless blessing. Let’s be thankful to G-d for all of the gifts. Let’s be thankful that He has kept us alive as a nation for thousands of years. And let’s be thankful for the constant open miracles which have been surrounding us throughout our history in general and since the modern state of Israel was established!
