Hillel Fuld Nailed it: Anti-Zionism IS Antisemitism. Period.
The antisemites of the world need to stop lying to themselves. If you hate the Jewish state, you hate the Jewish people. If you claim the only country that doesn’t have a right to exist is the one and only Jewish state, you hate the Jewish people. And if you’re so focused on whatever wars Israel is fighting just to stay alive yet you ignore the way the Iranian regime persecutes and kills its own, you hate the Jewish people.
Hillel Fuld said it well here in this short clip. All the lies people spread about Israel—as Fuld said, “It’s all just lies to justify Jew-hatred.” Jew-hatred is not something new. It just takes different forms over time. We are hated for not having a state, and we are hated for having a state. We are hated for being wealthy, and we are hated for being poor. Jews have been wrongly accused of spreading diseases. The Jewish people are blamed for everything.
The percentage of Jewish people in the world is so small that it’s almost laughable how we are blamed for everything under the sun. If these antisemites really knew how small we are in numbers, maybe they would realize how absurd they sound. They can continue to hate. But we will continue to spread G-d and light in this world. We will continue to bring good to fight against the evil instead of bringing more hatred.
