Yoseph Haddad Shares the Truth About Israel
Yoseph Haddad is an Arab Christian. And he lives in Israel. He also served in the IDF—as a commander! Is the world really going to tell him that he is being persecuted in the Jewish state when he himself lives there and knows that he’s not? Is the world really going to claim that Christians are mistreated in Israel when he can prove otherwise with his OWN experiences?
This isn’t to say that no mistakes are made. Of course there are people who do bad things and there should be consquences for those actions. No, Israel is not perfect. Is any country? But the fact that when an IDF soldier or someone in the country makes a mistake and the whole world goes insane, it’s uncalled for and unjust. Those same people calling out Israel’s mistakes aren’t crying when governments and soldiers in other countries do terrible things all the time.
Israel as a whole is a moral and free country. The IDF as a whole is the most moral army. People need to put things into perspective. It’s just wrong to hold Israel to a standard that no other country is held to. The one and only Jewish state is even condemned by the world when it does good. It seems like we can never win.
