Egyptian Political Analyst is So Spot-On
It’s amazing when anyone chooses to stand up for the truth. But when it’s someone who comes from a world where you can be murdered for standing up for truth, it’s that much more incredible. Dalia Ziada is an Egyptian political analyst. She had to flee Egypt because she chose to stand up for what’s right and moral instead of going along with what many in her religion believe. Everything she said in this speech was important.
But the way this video ended really brought it home. Dalia said, “And thus, in my opinion actually, antisemitism is equivalent to anti-Americanism as well.” Wow. Some people think they love America. They think they love American values. But then they hate Jews. And hating Jews is hating Americanism as well. Where do these people think the founding fathers of America got their values from?
The Jewish Bible. Morals come from the Bible. The Jewish people brought G-d and morality to this world. And to separate morality from the Bible and the Jews doesn’t work. It’s not possible. It’s remarkable that someone like Dalia Ziada understands that and wants the world to understand it as well. May G-d give her the strength to continue defending the truth!
