WhatsappPrime Minister Netanyahu was forced by President Trump to apologize to Qatar for the partially unsuccessful attack on the Hamas leaders inside of Qatar. This is clearly not something that Netanyahu wanted to do. But he swallowed his pride and the pride of the Israeli people in order to do what he felt he absolutely needed to do in order to free the hostages and rid Gaza from the domination of Hamas.
But if there is any country today that is actively involved in violating the sovereignty of another country in violent and illegal ways, it is Qatar. The Hamas terror organization was perhaps the most well-funded group per capita in the history of terror groups. The funding was certainly from Iran, the European Union, and the UN. But more than any other source, it was Qatar who wielded enormous influence on funding the Hamas terror buildup.
Without Hamas funding, October 7th would not have happened, and the terror tunnel network would have been 10% of what it became.
But Qatar is not only funding anti-Israel activities. It is funding the anti-American Al Jazeera network that is pumping anti-Israel messages and filling the campuses of the United States with more and more anti-Israel departments. Yes, many of the budgetary issues in Univerisities are being solved by Qatar along with China, at the price of setting up anti-Israel departments.
So the next time you see Qatar Airways sponsoring sports teams or other seemingly harmless positive activities, remember that Qatar has every need to shield their anti-Israeli and anti-American activities.
